Debt Loan Agreement
In a typical secured loan agreement with Turnkey Developments, you can invest anywhere from £50 to £2 million in one of our property projects. Your investment is secured by a legal charge—either a first or second charge, depending on our finance structure—and backed by personal guarantees. We typically offer returns of 10–20%, with clear repayment terms.
Equity Partner
As an equity investor with Turnkey Developments, you become a genuine partner in our projects. A minimum investment of £500,000 entitles you to 50% of the project’s profits, and we take pride in consistently delivering strong returns—often achieving a minimum 50% IRR for our equity partners.
Earn & Learn
With our Earn & Learn option, you invest under the same secured structure as our standard loan agreement but also gain first-hand insights into our entire development process. We guide you through each phase. From acquisition to construction, you can expand your development knowledge while earning an 8–12% return on your investment.
